Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept credit or debit cards through google checkout for any size order. For orders over 500usd we can also accept bank transfers and cheques. Please use the contact us form for details.
Q: Which address will you mail the lists to?
A: If you prefer we mail the order to you on CD or peel and stick labels we can ship to any address you like. Enter your desired shipping address when you checkout. This address can be a different address to the registered payment card holders address.
Q: Is there a maximum order?
A: We have a very large database of leads available; we can provide nearly unlimited quantities of leads for the major lists markets so please Contact Us for any specific requests on larger orders. Some of the more specialist/niche lists are of course limited in numbers.
Q: Can you Key Code my lists?
A: We are more than happy to Key code your lists at no extra charge simply request the key code in the notes section when ordering. (Key coding is using a unique set of numbers, letters or characters printed on the mail piece to identify a particular marketing list. You can then keep track of your marketing and identify responses by the specific key code. Key coding is most useful if you are using multiple mailing lists).
Q: How are your lists created?
A: The details are generated as either Compiled or Response Lists. Compiled lists are derived from telephone directories, auto registrations, public records, surveys etc. Response lists are derived from known mail order buyers, subscribers to magazines, websites and responses to advertisements for specific offers.
Q: What Guarantees do I have?
A: All names are 100% backed by our full refund credit Guarantee. If the information is not correct simply return the incorrect contact information (returned labels if mail campaign) for a full refund credit.
Q: How are the lists delivered?
A: The lists are delivered to you in one of three ways:
* Email File = Delivery Free (within 24 hours)
* CD (unlimited use) = P&P $5.00 (between 7-12 days)
* Printed Peel & Stick Labels = P&P $9.50 (between 7-12 days)
Q: How quickley can I get the information?
A: If you order the lists to be emailed to you then they will be with you within 24 hours. If you requested the lists to be sent via the mail (Peel & Stick labels or a CD), then please allow between 7-12 days for delivery via Airmail.
Q: Can I get the information faster than 7-12 days?
A: If you want delivery sooner then we can send the information via Recorded Courier which is guaranteed to reach you within 3-4 days. Please pay an extra $40 for this service. Include a note when ordering that you want and have paid for Recorded Courier Delivery.
